It started in a moldy apartment, in the middle of a divorce, sleeping on a balcony just to breathe.
Everything I thought defined me was gone. And somewhere in the wreckage of it, I stopped asking “why is this happening?” and started asking “who am I becoming?”
That question changed everything.
I remembered who I was before the world told me to be smaller, softer, quieter. I stopped performing and started returning to my truth, and back into my body. The shame dissolved. I began to hear myself again.
I reclaimed what had been stolen, silenced, or buried beneath other people’s expectations. My sensuality, my voice, my boundaries. I stopped shrinking. I stopped waiting for permission. I took up space. And it felt so good.
I stopped chasing and started calling in. Not by force. By frequency.
I made a promise that day.
I would never live half alive again.
And if I ever discovered a way to help another woman remember what I had remembered… I would spend the rest of my life walking beside her until she remembered it too.
That promise became everything I build now. Every course, every offer, every word I write to you.
This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming so fully yourself that your life can’t help but respond.
Your magnetism was never something you had to earn. It’s something you remember.
